Individual groups within the Cluster will also have their own means of communication. These perform a very useful function. However they can also be abused. The Archdiocese produces guidance to create a safe environment for all in the Church. It includes guidance regarding the safe use of technology including email and social media. That guidance must be observed by all parishes, and other Catholic institutions and groups operating within the Catholic Sutton Coldfield cluster, including WhatsApp groups supporting interaction between members of the Cluster.
