The Liturgy of the Hours is a pattern of prayer that helps the Church respond to the urging of St Paul to 'pray constantly'.
The two principle hinges of this prayer are Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer. They are supplemented by the Office of Readings, Night Prayer and Prayer during the Day. The texts for the prayer are published in The Divine Office, and in a variety of volumes, such as Morning and Evening Prayer. The texts can also be found on-line here.
Most people who pray the Office pray Morning and Evening Prayer and Night Prayer, but people are free to pray what ever they find helpful.
