Readngs
This parish group began meeting in September 2025.

It meets monthly on the last Wednesday of the month, for an hour from 8pm in the Benedict Room.

We will look principally at either the first readings and the Gospel readings, or the Second readings and the Gospel readings and to look at the readings of the following month. 

If you do not have easy access to a Sunday Missal you will find these readings below, in the English Standard Version - Catholic edition.  
But feel free to read the readings in any Bible translation. It can often be interesting to see how different translators deal with a particular text and why. 

All are welcome - whether, as St Jerome would put it - so far as scripture is concerned you are a toddler dipping toes into the shallows or a ‘theologian’ diving into the deeps, you will have something to gain, and something to contribute.
